How to Suspend a Team Member

Team member suspension is permanent, we call it suspension and not deletion as all previously issued credentials and actions carried out by the user will still be trusted and verifiable during their period at your organization and the users personal AuvoID account will be unaffected.

Once a team member is suspended they will be removed from your organization completely and will no longer have access to your organization dashboard.

All previously issued credentials and activities carried out by a suspended team member will still be visible.

To suspend a team member select the "Suspend User" option in the three dot context menu for the team member you wish to suspend.

You will be presented with a popup to confirm the team member suspension. To suspend the user you must type their email address in the input and press the "Suspend User" button to confirm.

IMPORTANT: SUSPENDING A USER IS A DESTRUCTIVE ACT AND CANNOT BE REVERSED.

Once a user has been suspended you can't restore them. To reassign a team member to an individual you have suspended, you must add a new team member from the team members page.
