How to Issue a Credential

You can issue a credential from two different areas of your organization dashboard, the Templates page and the Credentials page.
From the Templates page, you can initiate an issuance by selecting "Issue Single" from the context menu by pressing the three dots on the right hand side of the template you wish to issue a credential for.
From the Credentials page, you can initiate an issuance by pressing the "+ Issue New Credential" button from the top right hand of the Credentials view.
First you will need to add the email address of the identity you are issuing the credential to and ensure the correct template is selected for the credential you wish to issue.
Enter email address of the recipient of the credential you are issuing
Select the template you wish to use for the credential you are issuing
Once complete, you can press the "Continue" button to proceed.
You will now be presented with the template fields that are required to be filled out by your organization that are present in the template, this will be determined by what fields you added when creating your template.
Once you have completed all fields you may press the "Continue" button to proceed.
Now you will be presented with a confirmation screen allowing you to review the credential before you continue and issue it. The credential will be previewed in the right hand sidebar for you to confirm the entries are correct, along with a clear display of the credential template you are issuing and the email address of the recipient of the credential.
To confirm and continue to issue the credential press the "Issue Credential" button and your credential will be issued and visible in your Credentials page of your organization dashboard.
